Does Deli Bukit Nelayan supply restaurants and caterers wholesale?
Yes. We supply frozen fish wholesale to restaurants, eateries, caterers, traders, and distributors.
Which frozen fish species are available?
Including tuna, mackerel tuna (tongkol), and Indian mackerel (kembung), plus other species depending on the season. Contact us on WhatsApp for the latest stock list.
How do I order frozen fish?
Send us the species, size, and quantity you need via WhatsApp or the contact form. We confirm stock and price, then your order is collected from our warehouse or delivered as agreed.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order differs by product and packing. Tell us what you need and we will share the terms together with current prices.
Salted fish & private label
Can Deli Bukit Nelayan ship salted fish outside Pekanbaru?
Yes. DBN salted fish is shipped to customers outside Pekanbaru, including overseas. Shipping is arranged as agreed.
How is Deli Bukit Nelayan salted fish made?
Our salted fish is made from DBN's own frozen stock, boiled, then sun-dried at our production area in Pekanbaru before being sorted and packed in cardboard boxes.
Does Deli Bukit Nelayan offer private label salted fish?
Yes. We produce salted fish under your brand and packaging. The process: consultation, samples, packaging and label, production, then handover.
Is bulk salted fish available for distributors?
Yes. We supply bulk salted fish in cardboard boxes for distributors and large orders.
Cold storage
Does Deli Bukit Nelayan rent out cold storage in Pekanbaru?
Yes. We store frozen goods per kilogram at our refrigerated warehouse in Pasar Kodim, Pekanbaru.
How are cold storage rates charged?
Rates are charged per kilogram, on a monthly or daily basis. Monthly storage is paid in advance before goods arrive. Contact us for current rates and available space.
How do I store goods in your cold storage?
New customers register and receive a permanent customer code. Goods are weighed per crate on arrival, stored on pallet racks, and can be collected per crate as needed.
